Rezumat

The kinetics of nonequilibrium solution evaporation was investigated by the weigh method under glow discharge action. The transfer process velocity is changed during burning discharge and depends on interelectrode spacing. The quantitative features of transfer process, namely, transfer coefficients, are substantially higher than coefficients of cathode sputtering during classic glow discharge.
