The control of the work undertaken by public authorities has a definite purpose, it has not a purely contemplative, ascertaining purpose, but one regulatory role of decisional act with the meanings and purposes of law, which ensure its implementation. This role can only be done if the control has maximum efficiency. Always administrative control effects target these administrative measures aimed to assure the domination and the respect of law by the controlled bodies and administrative authorities. |
