| Rezumat | ||||||
Local governments, mayors and local councils of all levels, are representative of local authorities. The local representative government is involved in the exercise of state power, because, all territorial‑administrative units as a whole represent the state territory, and their voters as a whole are the people. The local representative authorities managing local public interests at the same time manage a part of the general interest of citizens. |
