Rezumat

The concept of justice is associated with the idea of justice, with elimination of any abuses, with the possibilities to ensure citizen an access to simple division of proper justice. Acting as a balance between the legislative and executive powers, the judiciary power is called upon to repair any failures in the system of separation of powers, to allow repair of injustice, eliminating any unwanted abuse of power, ensuring at the same time, the supremacy of law and contributing for creation of a convincing picture of the principles and values of democracy
