Foundation of the state of law consists of a set of fundamental rights which are enshrined in legal texts of high juridical value. Equal rights of citizens are a principle of broad constitutional breathing. Equal rights are a guarantee concerning the fundamental rights provided in the Constitution, and any other subjective rights and duties regulated in the other acts. It includes all areas of activity in which the person is entitled to the freedoms guaranteed by law in order to achieve its legitimate interests. |
