Law Review Constitution is essential to establish constitutional grounds for our country in the Euro‑Atlantic. Integration is a historic opportunity that can be compared only with major events of the modern period. Exercise parliamentary control over executive power is a topic of scientific current interest, which behave much complexity aspects of a conceptual as well as of practical Parliamentary control over the Executive, is a way of securing political system functionality, a way of ensuring the balance of powers in the state whose interest means different techniques and forms from one system to another, where the rule of law dominates the to defend individual rights and liberties. In Romania, parliamentary control over the activity of Government and other bodies of public administration has a distinct place in all the functions. |
