The mission of the teaching unity with the action to help the man-child-student to develop and shape their identity is the main formula of the training system with appropriate educational reforms. Under this aspect, the educational and training methods, in time, are to be modified in relation to the evolving requirements of the society and the human factor. In the transformation process, the traditional methods are reshaping on the way, being oriented more towards the education with an emphasis on autonomy and human personality with free thought and action, criteria of equity values in the society. |
