The case study method or the case method is frequently applied in training programs that are focused on developing practical skills. This method is based on involving students in the solving of specific problems, and its benefits are that it contributes to the training of students’ problem-shaping intuition, to the identification of the optimal solution and to its proper planning and implementation. While case method’s teaching value has been long time proven in pedagogy, this method surpasses classic university teaching methods when it comes to the civil servants’ training.
