Rezumat

A new electrolyte has been developed to ensure corrosion resistance of steel workpieces that have been treated, and of the equipment employed in the process of electrochemical shaping and while in storage when not in use, as well as to improve working conditions. For this purpose, the additive calcii borgluconas is introduced into an electrolyte containing sodium chloride or sodium nitrate. As a result, full protection of operating equipment and manufactured pieces is achieved during electrochemical processing without loss of productivity, as well as during long storage of parts without additional washing or anticorrosive treatment.
