In the article are presented the results of studied animals of the Holstein and Simmental breed by blood groups. It was established the antigenic spectrum and frequency of alleles of Simmental and Holstein breeds in the population of LLC „Strapit”, district Kalarash. The most spread alleles in the Simmental breed in the LLC „Strapit” were the alleles G1, Qʹ and G2O1 and were found the new alleles G2Iʹ, G3O1T1, G3O′, I1Q′, I1G′, P1Q′, QE2′I′, Y2D′G′ and Y2G′. In the Holstein breed were identified the most spread alleles B1G1O1, B2O1, B2O1Y2D′, G1I1, G2O2Y2, O1, G′O′G″, G′G″. At the same time, the new alleles have been established B1G1O1Y1, B1Q1G′G″, G2O1D', O1D′G′ the frequency of the Y2G′G″ has increased, and the frequency of alleles D′G′Q′, Q′, G″ has reduced. An increase in homozygosity was also established in the studied population in comparison with previous research conducted in 2016 from 2.7 to 12.7% (Simmental breed) and from 4.0 to 6.0 in the Holstein breed, resulting to the constraint of the genetic variety and the diminishing of the effective alleles from 37 to 8 in the population of the Simmental breed. |
