| Rezumat | ||||||
State Constitution is the basic law which regulates the most important social relationships that occur in exercising of political power that belongs to the people. Therefore Constitution has supreme legal force enjoying the esteem and respect for authority. Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, with regret, was not ratified by the people, and contains multiple lacks of precisions and gaps that often lead to confusing situations. |
