Moldavian trajectory of law approximation with acquis communautaire was initiated not only on political level — Agreement of Partnership and Cooperation RM‑EU, Neighborhood Policy, Acti‑on’s Plan RM‑EU, East Partnership — but also through the implementation of national mechanism of normative harmonization. By the creation of Centre for Legal Approximation, was facilitated the process of normative national uniformization with EU requirements, applying specific tools: sectorial expert reports, tables of concordance and divergences, declarations of compatibility and s.o. In the RM, have been adopted three National Plans for Legal Approximation (2007, 2008, 2009), including various projects of legislative and normative acts. EU legislation must be organized in 32 sectors, for the process of harmonization in RM: agriculture, economic and monetary affairs, ex‑ternal trade, energy, environment, culture, transport, competition etc.
