| Rezumat | ||||||
In this article we refer to integration of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms into domestic law of States Parties, but we try to identify how the decisions of the Strasbourg Court may boost and accelerate developments in one or another rule of domestic law and respectively have generated legislative reforms of the domestic legal order of Member States of Council of Europe. In this respect it is to distinguish the general legal force of decisions of the Court for those of declarative character and of the binding nature. |
