Rezumat

This article „Fifteen years of cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and international organizations since its proclamation of independence“ presents a brief overview of the Republic of Moldova’s achievements since its proclamation of independence. It is obviously for a young created state to adhere to the most important international organizations, thus involving in the „big family’ of sovereign states. The proposed article focuses first of all on the genesis and analysis of the cooperation of the Republic of Moldova since its proclamation of independence to present with inter ‑governmental organizations and not in the last instance its integration into the European Union. In the Conclusion it is mentioned that, irreversibly adopting the strategic course of European integration, the Republic of Moldova makes several efforts in order to obtain the status of associated member of the European Union by signing a Treaty of Stability and Association as well as its active participation in the Process of Stabilization and Association in the South‑Eastern Europe. In these aspirations, the Republic of Moldova counts very much on the desire of the European community to transform the zone where is situated the Republic of Moldova in a source of security and stability for this region, for the whole Europe.
