В статье определено понятие и предложена классификация функций негосударственной охранной и частной детективной деятельности. Автор обосновывает, что функции административно-правового обеспечения негосударственной охранной и частной детективной деятельности следует понимать как обусловленное целями правового регулирования закрепление идеальной модели правоотношений в виде стандартов поведения их субъектов. Классификация функций административно-правового обеспечения негосударственной охранной и частной детективной деятельности построена с опорой на цели указанного вида административно-правового обеспечения и включает организационную, контрольную, стимулирующую и защитную функции. В статье содержится краткая характеристика функций негосударственной охранной и частной детективной деятельности.

The article defines the concept and offers a classification of functions of non-state security and private detective activities. The author substantiates that the functions of administrative and legal support of non-state security and private detective activities should be understood as the consolidation of the ideal model of legal relations in the form of standards of behavior of their subjects due to the goals of legal regulation. Classification of functions of administrative and legal support of non-state security and private detective activities is based on the purpose of this type of administrative and legal support and includes organizational, control, stimulating and protective functions. The article contains a brief description of the functions of non-state security and private detective activities.
