В статье проводится анализ концептуальных положений методики расследования преступлений, совершаемых членами молодежных неформальных групп (объединений). Для построения комплексной методики расследования преступлений, совершаемых членами молодежных неформальных групп (объединений), должна быть определена ее концепция. Рассматривая концепцию как систему путей решения задачи, необходимо: 1) иметь объективное представление о преступной деятельности различных молодежных неформальных групп (объединений); 2) определить четкие потребности практики расследования преступлений указанной разновидности; 3) выбрать научный инструментарий для исследования; 4) выделить структурные элементы методики расследования преступлений, совершаемых членами молодежных неформальных групп (объединений).

The article analyses the conceptual provisions of the methodology for investigating crimes committed by members of youth informal groups (associations). To build a comprehensive methodology for investigating crimes committed by members of youth informal groups (associations), its concept must be defined. Considering the concept as a system of ways to solve the problem, it is necessary: 1) to have an objective view of the criminal activities of various youth informal groups (associations); 2) to determine the clear needs of the practice of investigation of crimes of this type; 3) to choose scientific tools for research; 4) to identify the structural elements of methods of investigation of crimes committed by members of youth informal groups (associations).

Autorul analizează prevederile conceptuale ale metodologiei de investigare a infracțiunilor comise de membrii grupurilor informale pentru tineret (asociații). Pentru a construi o metodologie cuprinzătoare pentru investigarea infracțiunilor săvârșite de membrii grupurilor informale ale tinerilor (asociații), conceptul acesteia trebuie definit. Considerând conceptul ca un sistem de modalități de soluționare a problemei, este necesar: 1) să avem o viziune obiectivă a activităților infracționale ale diferitelor grupuri informale de tineret (asociații); 2) să determine nevoile clare ale practicii de investigare a infracțiunilor de acest tip; 3) să aleagă instrumentele științifice pentru cercetare; 4) să identifice elementele structurale ale metodelor de investigarea crimelor săvârșite de membrii grupurilor informale ale tinerilor (asociații).
