he authors of the present article consider the process of historical international context of evolution and development of the notary practices in the constitutional area of Romania and Republic of Moldova. The work contains the main international and national sources of notary activity evolution and its development. It analyzes the development of this important institution as notary institution in human rights protection in the civil circuit and legal system. The notary activity is the institution of traditions; it will always remain the main institution in protection and secure individual’s rights and interests. It was analyzed main aspects of notary institution evolution in Antique Greece, Roman Empire, medieval and contemporaneous periods in France, Great Britain, Italy and of course in Romania and Republic of Moldova. |
