In this work we present the data obtained in the result of the study of the emotional intelligence level of development of public servants from the Republic of Moldova. We characterize the public servants’ abilities to understand the way of thinking as well as the feelings of other people, their ability to empathize; their skills of emotional resonance, capability to forecast partners’ behavior, to create an open atmosphere of sincerity, closeness, relaxation, self-motivation, of recognition and management of one’s own emotions, etc. |
