Rezumat

Quality of raw milk it is very important for each producer, because by raw material quality depend final products quality. These studies, regarding milk quality help de producer to know the current issues regarding the applicability of the legislative framework and dairy processors involved in obtaining quality products. In this work paper In this work paper I will presents the main quality characteristics of raw milk for processing what was collected from the Timis area.
