At the general assessment, in the legislative field of the Republic of Moldova, the uncertainty prevails regarding to the military organism, its componet elements and functions, within the system of the country’s military security assurance. Such situation denotes the necessity to implement the cardinal reforms in the field of the country’s military organism, to determine its place and role in the system of the military and national security assurance of the Republic of Moldova, as well as the perspectives of existence of the so-called military units. |
