Rezumat

Euroregions are forms of sub-regional cooperation that contribute to the development of economic and social cohesion of geographic and cross-border areas that include administrative-territorial units from neighboring states, members and non-members of the European Union. The purpose of these Euroregions is both economic and cultural, by highlighting and cultivating the common historical and cultural heritage and communication is the fundamental element that creates the link between the communities involved in the project. Public relations create communication interfaces between public authorities and community members. In the age of digital communication, the Internet offers the most efficient and cheapest opportunities for communication and interaction, which connect people in a very short time and reduce distances and, most importantly, attract the young audience.
