The migration of human resources is the core of the process of moving the labor from the place of constant residence to other localities for economic reasons. Traditional, less "globalized" migrants, whose claims are not related to the "conquest of the world," focus primarily on increasing welfare and self-realization. High skill specialists migrate due to dissatisfaction with their country of residence. The motivation is related to low professional appreciation, working conditions and remuneration. Other countries propose other socio-economic conditions, such as: higher paid jobs and self-reliance conditions. The aim of the research is to analyze the global demand and supply of highly qualified foreign specialists in the economy, their impact on the international labor market under the modern conditions, and to justify the priorities for improving the state policy to attract highly qualified foreign specialists in the national economy. The results of the research allow us to draw conclusions, which to some extent could reduce the wave of "brain drain" in the country. |
