Principles of inclusive education are largely discussed around the world. The goal of this publication is to analyze the international experience on determinants of inclusive education. For an effective realization of inclusive education the next determinant factors a discussed: legal framework of inclusive education and appropriate mechanisms of its implementation, professionalism of educators involved, accessibility of the buildings, adapted didactic materials for all groups of children with different special needs, application of pedagogical documentation as a instrument of evaluation and visible education, involvement of supportive educators, adequate management of the educational process (number of children in classes, number of children with special needs in any group), positive attitude to the process of inclusive education, primarily of the director of institution and of the team members with confi dence in effectiveness of inclusive education, etc. The most important determinant factor of inclusive education is Curriculum, oriented on the child, enough fl exible to be good for children with special educational needs, but also, for children with typical development |
