The development of viticulture is largely determined by the pedoclimatic and financial resources for the establishment and maintenance of vine plantations, the sensitivity to the attack of viruses, phytoplasmas, pathogenic and harmful micromycetes. The establishment of vine plantations on its own roots represents a prospect for the near future, but it requires the completion of the vineyard assortment with genotypes resistant to low temperatures, to diseases and pests. The main purpose of this study is to argue the methodology of including the genetically distant species in the process of breeding in vines, to determine their role in the creation of interspecific rhizogenous genotypes (V. vinifera x M. rotundifolia) with increased resistance to biotic and abiotic factors. As a study object, the genotypes of V. vinifera, M. rotudifolia and rhizogenous interspecific genotypes created using the methods and techniques of interspecific hybridization in vines. The methodology for creating the interspecific rhizogeny genotypes V. vinifera L. (2n = 38) x M. rotundifolia Michx (2n = 40) was developed with increased resistance to biotic and abiotic factors. Thus, as a result of the V. vinifera x M. rotundifolia crossing, interspecific genotypes of vines were obtained and selected in BC3, with valuable characters, which allows the area of cultivation of vines to be expanded in the northern area roots and reducing the number of chemical treatments, which will contribute to obtaining organic products and protecting the environment. The rhizogenous interspecific genotypes have been approved in the Republic of Moldova and in accordance with the classical uvological and technological principles are classified as table grape varieties: ”Malena”, ”Nistreana” and ”Algumax” and grape varieties for fresh consumption and processing: ”Augustina”, ”Alexandrina” and ”Amethyst”. |
