The content of the article is based on the principle of direct interconnection and realtime interaction between the material components and their informational entities of the unitary management process, virtually realized as an inseparable material- informational nucleus. Starting from such an interpretation, the imperative and the conceptual principles of the functional – informatics integration of the processing of the informative resources, specific to the economic material activities, including the commercial processes, are elucidated. An analysis of the existing situation in the field is carried out. In this respect, the decisive factors for contributing to the incorporation of both data processing modalities  (manual and automatic) into a unitary whole are highlighted. At the general level, the variants of the functional-informatics integration of the conceptual transformation of the economic situational information of the commercial services are delimited and characterized, determined the sequence of their execution. It establishes the composition and reveals the essence of the aspects of the existence and evolution of informative content information.
