Since the beginning of low crystallization, France have an essential role in Europe. The decrees of 1673 and 1681 are the basis of commercial law of many countries, and Napoleons Codes which enact(covers) civil and penal law are still valid in some countries, one of them being Romania. On the community level, France has a very important role in forming the Union, having a striking contribution in developing the European law. |
