Rezumat | ||||||
Under controlled conditions of soil moisture treatment of sugar beet seeds (s.Baracuda) with Microcom-T fertilizer and Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas putida suspensions resulted in stimulation of primary nitrate reduction process and reduction of peroxidase activity in leaves as well as accumulation of Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in the leaf and petiole of the leaf and to increase the weight of the sugar beet root under optimal soil moisture conditions as well as water stress. Under field conditions, application of Microcom-T fertilizer and rhizobacteria suspension has contributed to diminishing of primary denitrification process in soil, stimulation of nitrate reductase activity and the decrease of leaf peroxide activity and leaf apoplast, to increase of sugar beet root crops. |
