This article is dedicated to the analysis of the right of the state to inherit. The author focuses on the main aspects of the right to inherit of the state giving a profound comparative analysis of the national legislation to the legislation of other states; even more the author shows the evolution of the national legislation giving regards to the previous regulations of the right of the state to inherit. |
