Rezumat

Motivation of human resources in the public system are of particular interest for both theorists and practitioners , due to the peculiarities of public organizations vis-a -vis private. Contemporary society known a permanent process of diversification of public sector tasks , tasks involving significant changes in the structure and activity of public institutions. Such changes occur and should occur at all levels of public administration organization, including the motivation of human resources, people representing motor system any attempt to reform the public service.
