In this article some historical aspects of the development of the institute of law of property in Europe are researched. The authors analyze a row of historical scientific concepts about the law of property, which have become the fundament of modern scientific and practical views about this institute. As well, numerous historical and modern examples of regulation of the institute of law of property on the constitutional level in some countries are shown. |
