During 2001-2013, Central Public Administration (CPA) in the Republic of Moldova was and is still in the process of continuous reform, which intensified in 2006 with the adoption of the CPA Reform Strategy. There have been achieved positive results, but political instability, bureaucracy, corruption, separatism and other negative factors still have a significant impact and hamper the dream of our country to integrate into the European Union. |
