After the examination of statistical data on the prosecution in the criminal appeal we have elaborated these considerations, which we have the honor to present in the publication as a stand designed on the basis of methodological material used in judicial legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence. Expressing the own point of view on the legal issues addressed, we express the desire and hope that the formulated ideas and conclusions to be developed on, thus, the effort undertaken to actively contribute to the development and promotion of judicial decisions legal, based and motivated. |
