Purpose. The most important task of any economic system, including consumer cooperation, is to ensure sustainable, balanced development [1]. In modern conditions of management, in consumer cooperation, management, property, land and labor resources are not fully used to increase the volume of activity. Тhe purpose of this paper is targeted, systemic understanding of the need to introduce reengineering of business processes at the most modern factories depending on the requirements of the environment, since it is business processes which are, ultimately, subjects of any innovations [1]. |
