В статье рассмотрены и проанализированы психологические основы взаимодействия прокурора с потерпевшим во время досудебного расследования преступлений в ходе допроса и следственного эксперимента как процессуальных действий, проводимых с участием указанного участника уголовного производства. Описаны ключевые моменты и психология потерпевшего до, в момент и после совершения уголовно наказуемого деяния, обнаружены и установлены психологические особенности успешного и должного взаимодействия процессуального руководителя с потерпевшим в уголовном производстве с целью восстановления нарушенных прав, свобод и законных интересов последнего. Установлена и определена методика допроса прокурором потерпевшего с целью определения истины, действительных обстоятельств по делу с участием специалиста-психолога

There are discussed and analyzed the following points in this article: the psychological bases of the prosecutor’s interaction with the victim during the pre-trial investigation of crimes during the interrogation and investigative experiment, as procedural actions conducted with the participation of the said criminal proceedings participant. The key points and psychology of the victim are described before, at the moment and after the commission of the criminal offense, the psychological peculiarities of successful and proper interaction of the procedural head with the victim in the criminal proceedings are revealed and established in order to restore the violated rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the latter. The procedure of interrogation by the prosecutor of the victim is established and determined in order to find out the truth, the real circumstances in the case with the participation of such specialist, as psychologist.
