The issue of civil society relations with the state and currently remains as one of the most difficult. Authentic civil society can be considered , just a society with a favorable correlation of all areas of social life. Civil society to develop freely associative life, the mass movements, parties, groups on the basis of conviction and other criteria. Civil society opting for decentralization of state power at the expense of sending a part of the self-management, exercise interaction majority and minority positions under coordination by negotiation without the conflict, with an open character. Democracy is to be seen as a basic way of organizing, ordering and regulating relations between all elements of social structure of society first of all in terms of their economic and social interests. Civil society organizations submit an expression of citizens’ initiatives, contributing to the active participation of citizens in public administration processes. By supporting civil society occurs stimulate social cohesion and social capital accumulation. |
