Rezumat

The economic development of a country is determined by the quality of human resources. In this way, the employment of the population, as well as the quality of employment, it depends mostly, by professional level of education and training. Nowadays, due to the economy is based on innovation and knowledge, only a well-trained and skilled workforce can be competitive on the labor market. This desideratum becomes evident in the context of European integration, which is the major objective of the Republic of Moldova's development. Similarly, the issue of the quality of human potential harmoniously combine together with the main objective of the European Union which is reflected in the Europe 2020 Strategy, and exactly, building the most dynamic and competitive economy in the world, capable of delivering sustainable economic growth to create more and better productive and competitive jobs and a higher degree of social cohesion ... ". The purpose of the thesis is to establish the main directions of improvement and efficiency of the training process, training of the young specialists in order to be competitive on the labor market and useful for the society.
