For today the European Union Community since 1951 and 1957 represents the foundation of a hope, which for Eastern Europe was untouchable. However all the crises quickened the communities, and succeeded to bring peace, hope and welfare to a 400 millions people. Though they did not have a common army force, by rejecting the 1954 Treaty, the peace that was established on the continent, unprecedented as longevity we all owe to general Jean Monnet and Rober Schuman success, who leagued the German part, rehabilitated the dignity of Europe and turned Europe into one of the strongest world powers.
