In the framework of this article, it has been performed the judicial-penal analysis of the integrant components of the offence prevented in the art.236 PC RM. Especially, there are identified and examined the six categories of the respective offence material object: the National Bank of Moldova notes; currency; state mobile values; other valuable documents; foreign circulating medium; foreign mobile values. As well, there are pointed out the peculiararites of those two baneful alternative normative means: 1) the production; 2) use setting. At the same time, there are remarked the consumption momentum particularities, the intention pursued by the offender, the subject, as well as the offence aggravated circumstances.
