Some international norms delineation, regulating the collaboration between states in the filed of the children rights protection has conditioned some international distinct juridical body crystallization: children rights international protection. Presenting a result of a long and difficult motion of the humanity in the meaning of disclosure and child liberation, this body is presented as a totality of norms, bodies and international procedures ensuring protection in the field of children rights by means of international standards and special protective mechanisms elaboration and these rights guaranteeing. The seventies were marked by a powerful movement “of child liberation” appearance and development. On 20 of November, 1989 the General UNO meeting unanimously adopted the Children Rights Convention – the document of reference in the regulation and guaranteeing children rights. The Convention adoption practically represents the completion of the process of children rights body formation, mentioning the second stage in its evolution. Together with monitoring institutional mechanism of its implementation and meaning the gained practice, the Convention outlines a true International right of children rights.
