The key issue of the educational process in the Republic of Moldova is to identify the mechanisms that would lead to the personal and professional success of each student. The Finnish model is in itself a valid and validated argument of integrated education that can support any approach to designing and implementing such a successful educational approach to individual development, focusing on learner's needs, increasing motivation and quality life, not least social equity. The ultimate goal is the formation of man, the realization of his personality, so as to correspond to the pedagogical principle proposed by Comenius: the education must take into account the stages of development of the individual, his particular peculiarities. |
