Rezumat

Recent guidelines suggest to measure the Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI), even in asymptomatic patients in mitigating cardiovascular risk, despite its known limitations. We hypothesized that quantifying the perfusion dynamics would provide more sensitive indices for development of arterial-stenosis.
