The paper describes the calculation of the radiation intensity of the magnetic field for semimagnetic semiconductors (SCSM) - new materials for spintronics. The calculations were made in the Kane model. In small induction fields, the experimental dependence I = f (B) increases exponentially with almost 2 orders, passes through a maximum, then decreases monotonously. The theoretical calculations are consistent with the experimental dependence. |
