Rezumat

An analisis of the state of the problem and the relationships generalizing the experimental results and an explanation of the mechanism of the electric field effect on the heat exchange at the pool boiling manifesting itself in the formation of capillary structures of vapor bubbles around the heat exchange surface are presented. This structure favors the generation on the heating surface of a liquid film whose thickness determines the heat exchange rate and the character of the obtained experimental relationships.
