Rezumat

The purpose of this article is to bring to our attention the importance of organizing ergonomic work through the rules and regulations established by law. The basic principles of scientific organization have been stipulated in this article. We have established the efficiency with which human labor is consumed, which means that labor productivity is expressed by two methods: by direct and indirect method. There are certain factors that are influencing the growth in labor productivity. These are: technical factors, economic and social factors, sychological and human factors, natural factors. For obtaining an increase in labor productivity we could use the following methods: renewing production, automation, robotics, promoting new techniques, training and improvement of human resources, improvement of production and labor organization. Where remuneration is agreed, the rules are expressed as: time scales and time of production. Depending on the scope of the rules, they could be local and standardized rules. Depending on their complexity, there are final work rules, misappropriational rules and provisional rules. Measurement and study of consuming work time is a tool for real knowledge. Measurement methods of working time can be of two types – direct and indirect. Pattern of work time of the contractor is used to analyze the weight of categories of productive and unproductive time. The results of writing this article outlines the need for respect and for the importance of correct ergonomic work organization through compliance with the rules and regulations that will lead to increased productivity and the balance between work and results
