Rezumat

For the first time, there were determined the specific effects of the solutions’ chemical metallization composition on the rate of chemical tinning, the phase composition, and the electroconductivity of tin deposits based on the NaOH concentration and indifferent electrolytes (NaCl and Na2SO4). The optimal values of the concentrations of the tinning solution components (SnCl2, NaOH, and NaCl) and the temperature were defined. It was shown that the reaction of disproportion yields to the main mechanisms of heterogeneous oxidation reduction reactions (the rule of Van’t Hoff is complied with). The possibility of the chemical tinning processes’intensification, along with the deposited coating quality improvement, on the basis of the determined new effects has been assumed.
