The asylum policy is based on two important aspects – to act in accordance with the international commitments in the area of refugee rights and to protect the national security interest in the situation of illegal migration. This is one of the most burning issues at the moment, which rises discussions among the advocates of the need to respect the rights of refugees and those who plead for securing the territory of the state by severe, but reliable methods from their point of view. |
