In this article we refer to landmarks concept on „adult education” in the context of European Union policies in training of trainers domain as well as their training system in the perspective of continuous training in various EU Member States. And basic skills in continuing vocational training systems and the training of trainers are largely re-used on the educational component, which will remain the most important in the vast majority of European countries in order to achieve the optimal outcome of teaching. |
