Rezumat

It is established experimentally that a corona discharge is possible in aqueous solutions of weak electrolytes such as polybasic organic acids. There has been studied the effect of different factors on the amount of nanocarbon synthesized in the case of the electrodischarge processing of solutions of oxalic and citric acids.
