Rezumat

The dependence of the volume resistivity on the volume concentration of the conducting phase is studied; the relationship between the molecular units of the polymer and the filler is revealed. It is found that, at low temperatures, the electric conductivity increases because of the formation of additional conducting channels and owing to the relaxation of the amorphous structure of the semiconductor phase; at high temperatures, the decrease in the electric conductivity is presumably attributed to the association of the semiconductor filler particles.
