Ownership, management and control of the use and protection of the animal in the Republic of Moldova is an important topic of discussion. This article is meant to reveal the current issues on administration and management problems at the property of the animal, control of administration and use of animal. Distinction is made between the notions of terrestrial fauna, aquatic fauna and animal kingdom. It was concluded that the protection and control of the use of the animal belong to bodies of public administration and citizens of Republic of Moldova. It's worth mentioning that the legislation in the field of the protection of the animal requires improvement. This can be ensured by taking international practice field
